Why are you here? What is goodness for you? What is evil? Do you have an injury? Physical / Mental? Do you have a mantra? Do you have a mask? Exercise / 1: How to remove a mask and change it? Sit on a chair. Close your eyes. Separate your physical body from your spiritual. Let your spirit sit with you and look at yourself. Who are you? How do you look? How do you sit down? Get up. How do you stand? Now walk. How do you walk? Sit down. Erase your mask. Take it off. What kind of mask do find now? Continue the exercise. Save some of your new masks. Hold one of the masks. Walk around with it. Exercise / 2: What does your monster look like? Find your monster. Work on it every day. Love the monster. Torture the monster. Set it free. Exercise 3 /: Actions Do nothing. Do something. How does it feel? Exercise / 4: The Lie Tell a lie you've told before. Feel it. Where is it in your body? Use it in your character. Exercise / 5: The Human Keep in mind something good you have done for someone other than yourself. Keep this feeling in your body. Remember this feeling. Exercise / 6: Wash Wash the monster away. Wash away the lie. What does it do? Exercise / 7: The Repetition Do a series of actions. Do it exactly the same way, back and forth. Repeat. Keep repeating. Exercise / 8: The Apology Try to apologize as sincerely as you can. Exercise / 9: The Isolation What does your isolation look like? How do you isolate yourself from others? What does your character's isolation look like? Find it. Create it. Exercise / 10: The Social Body What is the posture of the "social body" you are a part of? How is it affected? How does the social body become embodied in your own? What does it look like? Find it in your body. Find its opposite. Exercise / 11: The body under surveillance vs. the private body How is your body under surveillance? How is your private? What are the differences? Notice them. Play with both of them. Exercise / 12: Create an inner library. What gestures / bodily reactions and thoughts / actions / changes do you find? Store them in your inner library. Exercise / 13: Exit Leave something physical. What is your character leaving behind when leaving isolation? And what is important for them to keep?
